What We're Going to Do

Leslie and I have decided to stick with this blog instead of starting a new one. Since it's been around for more than a year, search engines have already indexed our pages and we have links coming from everywhere. Leslie was also thinking of changing it's URL, but she already decided not to. So there, the changes we will be doing before October 29 are to change it's title and the layout.

I'm thinking of something like A Day in Keisha's Life, or A Day in the Life of Keisha Zacharie. Which do you think is better?

Popular Casinos

Popular Casinos is a site that lists great USA Online Casinos. At a glance, you can already see a list of USA Online Casino you can play in which are sorted in different categories like casinos that do not require a deposit for you in order to play, casinos that let you play with no state exclusions, different currencies that are accepted, etc. USA Online Gambling is really one of the hottest happenings in the internet nowadays, and a site like Popular Casinos helps you choose where to play with such great ease.

Fire Casinos

Casino games are abundant nowadays. It's hard to decide where to invest your money as in the world of online gambling, no one is really assured of being 100% positively safe. I came across a site called Fire Casinos that lists the most reputable online casinos. Featuring state-of-the-art game graphics and sounds, generous bonus offers, a wide selection of games to choose from, and fast payouts, it would be a list that is a must to view for every casino gamer.

Zenni Optical Eyeglasses

I am glad that Zenni Optical was on FOX news! I've come across this site before wherein they sell eyeglasses and frames with a case really cheap.

Zenni Optical $8 Rx Eyeglasses are sold at such a price because there is no middleman and Zenni makes and manufactures their own products. Plus, since they are available online, they literally have no advertising budget.

Incredible stylish new frames from Zenni are available simply by browsing their website. You can find a lot of great styles and frames with pure titanium, acetate, stainless steel, with your choice of rimless, full rim or half-rimmed glasses.

Reading through Funetics

Henry just found this site called Funetics. It's a great way to help your kids in getting ready for kindergarten and teach them to learn through fun activities and games. I'm sure kids would have a lot of fun with it and learn at the same time. Keisha's already hooked on it, and I'm glad she's learning and having fun at the same time.

HD Radio

New Florida and country music stations are available on HD radio. For those who are not yet familiar with HD radio (is there anyone, really, who is not yet familiar with HD radio?), it is way different from satellite radio. Although HD radio is digital radio, it is a ground based antenna radio - sort of like a digital version of FM and AM.

Some of the benefits of HD Radio is that FM stations can now be heard with CD-quality sound, AM stations can now be heard with FM-quality sound, and listeners can enjoy crystal-clear reception with no audio distortion. Best of all, since HD Radio is a free broadcast, all you have to do is get a new HD Radio receiver for your home or car.

There are also new country music stations that listeners can tune in to, as well as new artists and new personalities, new genres, new music from abroad, new kinds of programs you’ve never listened to before, and new experimental formats that no one has ever heard. Florida High Definition Radio stations are currently the hottest buzz among music lovers, and since there's no monthly fee, it just gets better and better.

House Plans

For people who are in the process of building a home, buying one, or already own one and are just doing some renovations, it would be great of one could find a house plan that utilizes all possible space. House Plans are usually designed to suit a home owner's preferences, taking into consideration the total land area, how many bedrooms you'd like, how many bathrooms as well, and your budget for the said project.

Home Plans need a lot of thought, as this is how your future home will be designed and it should also be strategically designed for kids, if you already have or are expecting, or are planning to have one. Your home, as designers often say, should be a reflection of the people living in it, and any home owner should do their share in designing the house plan. After all, you're the one whose going to spend years in it. Your thoughts and ideas on how the home should look like are very valuable and play an integral part in the design of your home.

Log home plans are also available, you just need to search for them thoroughly. For the more unconventional ones, I know designs and home plans to suit the home of your dreams are available online, some for a fee and some, if you're lucky, are for free.

A New Template

Leslie's changed the template of this blog to Spongebob Squarepants. I think I know why she changed it - because Spongebob Squarepants is Keisha's favorite cartoon.

When she comes home from school, she is right on time for the afternoon edition of Spongebob Squarepants on Nickelodeon. We let her watch, since she just came home from school and she does need rest. And then after the show, we review her assignments and teach her lessons for tomorrow's classes. The following morning when she wakes up, we review her again after breakfast and it's usually Leslie that takes her to school after she comes home from work.

I know Leslie took several pictures of Keisha's first day at school and her wearing her uniform for the first time. I'll try to post them when I find the USB cord of our digicam. I think this template is nice, and at least the ads are kept to a minimum. When we showed it to Keisha, she liked it as well. What do you think?

Where to Stay in Australia

If you're planning a trip to Australia, or you just might find yourself going to Australia for a business trip, there are a lot of possible places you can stay in addition to the places you can visit. If you're searching for the best Western Hotels, there are three great hotels that I would recommend staying.

One would be the Sheraton Hotels. I really like the facilities that this hotel has to offer, as it is very cozy and is perfect for a family staying for a vacation, but also great for people on a business trip. Another hotel would be the Hilton Hotels, as not only are the facilities exceptional, but the staff and employees are also very courteous and friendly. The Hyatt Hotels are also great - if you're there for a business trip, you'll always be connected with the hotel's WiFi access, and the hotel is not so boring that your kids won't enjoy their stay.

Australia is a great place since there are a lot of sights to see and places to visit, but where you will be staying is also something any tourist should consider.

A Review of Lifelock

Have you ever experienced the fear of being mugged? Not only is the experience in itself frightening, but what comes after is more worrisome. You call all of your banks and ask them to cancel all of your debit cards, you call your credit card company and ask them to cancel your cards, and you have to file several reports about your identification cards being stolen. And I almost forgot, have I mentioned the cash that was in your purse or bag when you were mugged?

Identity theft is a common problem with devastating results. The years that you have spent to keep your credit record untarnished all go down the drain. You may suddenly start receiving bills for services your never ordered or things you never bought and don't even have. Worse, you just might wake up one day and realize that your savings account has been totally wiped out.

If you've encountered this nightmare or know someone who's been through the same scenario or worse, is going through it right now, you might want to refer them to www.lifelock.com. On this website, you will see that www.lifelock.com is offering a guarantee of your identity of up to $1,000,000. That's a million dollars that www.lifelock.com is willing to spend in case your identity is stolen, and they will do whatever it takes up to $1,000,000 to get your name and reputation back.

Max Web Design Blog

I recently came across a design blog that's really cool. I love the style of the template...it looks so no-nonsense and it's also very crisp. The template of the blog also plays around with contrasting colors - black and white and other shades as well.

This designing blog that I came across is also very easy to browse as the home page itself provides easy access to the posts that are most commented on, the title and a brief description of other posts on the blog and links to read more about it, and some random posts that would tweak any reader's interest.

To blog about web design, projects, marketing, and search engine optimization tips are the objectives of Robert G., the guy who owns the blog. The site I'm telling you about is really neat and offers a lot of tips that any serious blogger would love not only to read about but apply as well, especially the search engine optimization tips. I'm currently busy reading about this post about a page that Robert G. wrote today is not as bad as an article that was written years ago but now has many inbound links into it. The guy does have a point.

Discovering Zookoda

I have been hearing a lot about Zookoda but I never really looked into it until now that I had the chance to make a sponsored post about it. Today, I checked the site out for the first time and I found out that Zookoda is actually an email marketing application specifically designed for bloggers. It lets you send out a daily, weekly, or monthly summary of your latest blog posts directly to the inbox of your visitors. Best of all, Zookoda's service is for free!

If you sign up for the free Zookoda's service, it lets you manage email newsletter subscribers, design eye-catching newsletters to match your blog's design and theme, as well as view real-time open bounce, click, and unsubscribe reports. Bloggers can schedule recurring broadcasts for each day, week, or month, as well as access mobile users through emailing your blog content in a text format.

Zookoda is a leading Blog Broadcasting Service provider. Zookoda allows blog owners to proactively drive readership, exposure and traffic by sending blog summaries via email to their readers. Zookoda provides blog owners with the tools to manage their mailing lists, design their emails, broadcast blog summaries and track recipient usage. I'd recommend Zookoda to any blog owner who is interested in keeping their readers coming back to their blog.

An email reminder about what your blog is doing as well as a summary of your most recent posts is certainly an effective way for your readers to stay up to date with your posts, as well as keep them coming back to your site for new content, leave comments on your posts, etc. A daily, regular visitor is certainly a boost to any blog.

EZ Insurance

Thinking ahead is something that is of utmost importance. Whether you're single or married with kids, getting complete coverage gives you peace of mind and lets you sleep better during the nights.

Health insurance is quite common, as it is very important as well as life insurance. Accidents can happen, and its hard to be caught without cash during an emergency. When its your kids that get sick, its a lot more harder, especially if you find out that your current insurance company does not cover 100% of all types of sicknesses.

If you have a car, auto insurance is something you should also consider. Just in case you get in an accident or if for any reason your car gets damaged, it is also good if your car is fully protected. If it's your means of getting to work, taking your kids to school, or is part of your daily routine in traveling, then it is best to get auto insurance for your car.

Homeowner's insurance is a serious matter as well. If you own your house, a complete and comprehensive insurance should follow as well. Losing your home to a fire or a natural disaster can be a devastating experience, but with insurance to help you move on, life does get a bit easier.

Payday Cash Loans

In addition to what I wrote earlier about getting a cash advance, we were also thinking about getting a payday loan. For those of you who are not familiar with what a payday loan is, it provides you with an unsecured, short-term cash advance until your payday. People who are getting loans cover small, unexpected expenses while avoiding costly bounced-check fees and late payment penalties. A payday cash loan is is great when you are short on cash and you are caught between paychecks.

To sign up and to qualify for a payday loan is quick and easy, and normally there are no papers and documents that you need to fax, but it depends on the loan data. If a lender or a creditor approves you for a cash advance, they will be depositing your loan straight into your personal bank account, be it a savings or a checking account. There are also several flexible payment options that you can avail of, not to mention the fact that the entire process is totally discrete.

If you think about it, a payday loan is indeed a good supplement to cash when you need it in between payday loans, or to buy that really cool gadget you just can't wait to get your hands on. But of course, always do consider that it is an obligation that you should keep, and you should consider the payment options. Also, before getting a loan, always plan beforehand, whether or not the loan gets approved, if you can pay it, and how.

Getting a Cash Advance

Henry and I are thinking of getting a cash loan for Keisha's enrollment in school this June. Or maybe even payday loans. To be perfectly honest, when Keisha was hospitalized for mercury ingestion, it seriously wrecked our budget. We had spent the money we were saving for Keisha's school for the hospital bills, and the medicines and tests that we had to complete for her.

We are considering getting a cash loan that is easy to acquire - like without the hassles and all. If the loan could also be applied and completed for over the internet, it would also be great since time is of complete essence to us. I wouldn't want to spend an entire day just falling in line and filling out forms when I could be at the mall with my kids.

It would also be great if the loan could be deposited into our bank account as I would not want to carry a huge amount of cash and then just get mugged or something. It would also be cool if the entire process of getting the loan would be kept private - like no one but me and the loan company would know that I had applied for the loan.

But a loan is still a loan. We are hoping that we can manage to save enough before June comes so that we might not even need to get a loan at all.

On Debt Consolidation

Yeah, I know. I wrote about getting an auto loan and payday loans, and now I'm writing about debt consolidation. It's a bit weird, huh?

I'd like to think that debts are not a bad thing. However, it is a totally different thing if you fail to pay your debt on time and if the loan becomes delinquent. It would not only affect your credit rating, but also limit your chances of getting another loan. Which if you think about it in this way, just in case you find yourself in serious need of money, there would be a very few or almost none at all, creditors who would trust you enough to lend you money again.

A bad debt is something that we do not want to have or find ourselves with. A bad debt can lead to bad experiences with collections agencies, can permanently damage your credit rating, and can potentially lead you with no one to run to in case you need cash badly. Debts can be a good ting, but think it thoroughly before you actually go ahead and get one. Think about if you really need it, and also think about how exactly you are going to be able to pay for the debt. Try to compute your disposable income and your expenses plus the payments for your loan or debt. Also make sure that you can pay the debt, and that the terms of payment are mutually beneficial for you and your creditor.
